Patient Portal.

If you are currently a patient of Sound Clinical Medicine, you can use our patient portal to access your health information online for:

  • Upcoming Appointments

  • Current Medications

  • Lab Results

  • Health Records

If you do not currently have access to the Patient Portal, ask the Receptionist to enroll you in "Patient Fusion."
